I know what it feels like to juggle high expectations while struggling with anxiety and body image. Over time, I’ve learned how to reconnect with myself and shift the way I approach my body and mind. Yoga has been a powerful part of that journey, helping me find balance, release stress, and build a more compassionate relationship with myself. That practice inspired me to become a certified instructor.
Alongside my full-time work in technology consulting, I’m passionate about supporting women with full, busy lives in creating space for their health. I’ve learned how to care for my body without guilt and embrace movement that feels good, and it’s my mission to help others discover that same freedom and joy.
Through 1:1 health coaching, I create personalized plans that draw from psychology, nutritional science, physiology, biology, and sleep science.
