About Me

Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with anxiety, body image issues, and the pressure to meet high expectations. Over time, I found ways to reconnect with myself and shift how I approached my body and mind. Yoga played a huge role in that process, helping me manage stress and anxiety, and eventually leading me to become a certified instructor. Today, I teach beginner and advanced vinyasa flow classes weekly. I also work full-time in technology consulting. I’m passionate about helping women who lead full, busy lives make space for their health.

I’ve learned to care for my body without guilt and embrace movement that feels good, rather than something to endure. My goal is to help others discover that same sense of freedom and joy.

With 1:1 health coaching, I offer a personalized plan that combines psychology, nutritional science, physiology, biology, and sleep science. Whether you're wanting to find an enjoyable exercise routine, navigate challenges around food, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to guide you in creating positive, lasting changes that fit your unique life.
