About Me

I’m passionate about supporting people whose lives are full, whether through work, family, or new chapters like retirement, in creating space for their health. After earning my undergraduate degrees at UC Berkeley and gaining over three years of experience in a high-pressure management consulting career, I know what it feels like to juggle high expectations while struggling with unsustainable levels of anxiety and stress.

Over time, I’ve learned how to reconnect with myself and shift the way I approach my body and mind. Yoga has been a powerful part of that journey, helping me find balance, release stress, regulate my nervous system, and build a more compassionate relationship with myself. I’m on a continuous journey of learning how to feel better and stress less, and I care deeply about supporting others who want to do the same.

Through my yoga and health coaching offerings, I create personalized plans that draw from psychology, nutritional science, physiology, biology, and sleep science. Whether you want to build an exercise routine you actually look forward to, navigate your relationship with food, reduce stress, and/or optimize your feelings of happiness, I’ll work with you to make positive, lasting changes that fit your unique life.
