Hi, I’m Andi! I’m a certified health coach and yoga teacher.

After earning my undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and spending more than three years in a high-pressure management consulting career, I found myself navigating the challenge of balancing high expectations with negative health symptoms.

Over time, I learned how to reconnect with myself and shift how I relate to my body and mind. Yoga became a powerful part of that process. It helped me find balance, release stress, regulate my nervous system, and build a more compassionate relationship with myself. Healing is an ongoing journey, and I care deeply about supporting others who want to reconnect with themselves in the same way.
